The Hawaiian Cat Tales book series teaches children reading skills in a fun way.  The children who have worked with Mrs. G since 2020 wrote and illustrated all 26 stories.  Mrs. G and her expert curriculum designers have added integral components to each book to assist teachers and parents by incorporating critical reading skill strategies.  The team addressed literacy skills which are often absent in the US curriculum.  Each book highlights morals that are important to our young students.  Lastly, every book is fun to read together with Aloha.  
Reading with Aloha means reading with presence, patience, and love. 
There are two books for each letter of the alphabet, one for younger children ages 3 and up and the other book for older children ages 8 and up.  The books are designed to be read together.  In the back of the book, there are teaching tips for the adult.  These tips are suggestions which will have a significant impact on a child's ability to decode, read, and comprehend better.  We hope you enjoy reading the Hawaiian Cat Tales with your child, and at the same time, facilitate a lifelong love of reading.  We want every child to know that “Books are your Best Friends.”
